Use cases US Legislative History

I’m attaching a compiled legislative history (list of documents) related to the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act (Public Law 112-29). Perhaps these could form the basis of some of our U.S. use cases. In this instance, the list came from a commercial database (ProQuest Legislative Insight), but most of the documents are freely and officially available at www.fdsys.gov
