Again thanks for your comments on the Draft Luxembourg Use case. I have added more details to the document and hope that this is the correct direction.

I am working on a short draft use case for the UK, I have sent to the UK for a quick revision …

Attached the document from Luxembourg.

The Google Doc is identical to the Word document and the group can add comments question directly into the google doc.

I have not yet found the Oasis Wiki …

I believe Monica may be out this week. I’d still like to meet on Wednesday, if possible. I can use an institutional subscription to make a group call on Skype. I believe we would chat just after the full committee meeting. If you are interested in joining, please let me know your Skype ID.

Also, I’m attaching a new use case for the U.S. This use case raises a related but difficult case that I didn’t include, but which we could talk about in the call.
