1. Review previous meetings raised issue, How to deal with manifestations that are used for citations,
   1. but are not by the original/authentic organization
   2. but are held behind pay or subscriber walls
   3. but are in formats that do not allow for good granular citations
   4. but are comments on other materials that are the focus of the citation (opinions of court rulings)
2. A deeper dive into using ReSpec for citations for standard body organizations
   1. do we add id attributes to every portion
   2. do we automate id attributes/ standardize them for nested...
   3. do we add MicroData metadata (instead of relying on the JSON)
   4. and what additional metadata do we add for citation purposes
   5. and look into the URL naming conventions
