TC meetings added to the calendar - Was: [legalcitem] TC call today?

Hi all, 

I just added events to the TC calendar for March 5th and 19th, and April 2nd and 16th. 

Note as always that the logistical details for the call can be found in https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/legalcitem/members/action_item.php?action_item_id=3684. Only TC members can access this item and see its contents. This protects the TC from prank callers. 

Note that I set the times to 10:00 AM US eastern time. The US switches to daylight savings time this Sunday so the following meetings are an hour shifted outside the US. We can discuss whether this is ok or whether members prefer that the US take the one hour hit. I'm happy adjust the meeting if we choose to do so. 

Also note that April is one of those months where there are 5 Wednesdays, so we would be three weeks before the meeting in May. I left it as is assuming that we'll probably be off working in subcommittees by that time and the gap between TC meetings won't be a major issue.
