Description
Ken brought to my attention that the minutes were incorrect about the time
change. Please note that (despite my ineptitude at calculating time across
time zones), the intent is to continue to have meetings at 10:00 a.m. EST
(U.S. - New York Time) throughout all upcoming daylight savings time
changes. I apologize for the error. I *think* I have corrected the minutes
correctly.
