Subject: Re: [legalcitem] Motion to request a Special Majority Vote on requesting affiliation with the LegalXML Member Section

Personally, this seems pretty non-controversial to me.

Dear all,

a motion has been raised and seconded to request affiliation of LegalCite with the LegalXML member section of OASIS.

OASIS regulations call now for a discussion between the subscribers of the mailing list TC, at the end of which we will call for a vote from the voting members.

I therefore urge those who wish to speak in favor, or against, or in doubt, as to this decision, to start the discussion.

best regards

Fabio Vitali

The chairs then forward the TC's request to the Member Section and they vote to approve the affiliation.
