Sub-Committees TC meeting - day and hour

Dear Legalcitem members,

Legislative-subcommittee is inclined to set the regular meeting at 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 11.00 EDT, with the exception at April 2nd (that is the 1st Wednesday) at 11.00 EDT just for settling the modality, the methodology of work.
This also because in case of some inconvenient we could use also the 1st or 3rd Wednesday for not skipping the task.

I am wondering if the chairs of the other sub-committees may share also their date and time rules in order to avoid overlapping, especially for those people that are in several sub-committees (e.g. Technical and Legislative, or Court and Legislative).
