Subject: Groups - Event "West Coast TC Meeting" added

Event Title: West Coast TC Meeting Date: Wednesday, 21 May 2014, 05:00pm to 06:00pm EDT Location: Conference Call (call info. same as regular meeting) Description For those of you who have not been able to attend the LegalCiteM TC conference calls due to time zone difficulties, the committee decided to try a bifurcated meeting process. Here is how it will work: There will still be a TC meeting at 10:00 AM (EDT), but then there will be an additional meeting convened at 5:00 PM (EDT) the same day (we'd like to do it at 4:00PM EDT, but I cannot be available until 5:00PM EDT on May 21, and I'd really like to have a convenient meeting for everyone as soon as possible). There will be a distributed agenda for the meetings that will be the same for each meeting, and to which will all adhere. Also, all votes will take place via online polling throught the OASIS polling system, or via e-mail, so no decisions will be made until everyone gets to hear what's going on, and can express their views. Of course, everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend any and all meetings. RSVP This meeting counts towards voter eligibility.
