Policy for the presentation of LegalCiteM

Dear colleagues,

we are approaching the moment where we start disseminating the 
objectives and results of LegalCiteM in conferences, workshops, and events.
I think it is becoming important that a policy is defined about how to 
disseminate facts and trends of the TC before the conclusion of its 
activities, especially when the OASIS brand is used. It is also 
important to make the LegalXML-SC aware of these events in order to 
provide an updated vision of the TC activities, including dissemination 
events.

I would be happy if this topic could be included in the agenda of 21st 
May TC meeting.
