For those of you who have not been able to attend the LegalCiteM TC conference calls due to time zone difficulties, the committee decided to try a bifurcated meeting process. There will be a distributed agenda for the meetings that will be the same for each meeting, and to which will all adhere. Also, all votes will take place via online polling throught the OASIS polling system, or via e-mail, so no decisions will be made until everyone gets to hear what's going on, and can express their views.

Of course, everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend any and all meetings.

I hope everyone who has not been able to participate can attend.
