Subject: [legalcitem] FYI : schema.org proposed extension for Legislation

Dear all

The ELI taskforce has proposed an extension to schema.org for describing Legislation : https://github.com/schemaorg/schemaorg/issues/1156. This aims to improve structured description and linkage of legislation on the web.

Schema.org is a collaborative, community activity with a mission to create, maintain, and promote schemas for structured data on the Internet, and is sponsored by major search engines, who rely on this vocabulary to gather structured data from web pages.

We welcome feedback, discussion and support of this proposal in the schema.org community so that it is integrated in the vocabulary.

Best Regards

Thomas
