Dear all, 

as discussed in the last TC meeting, one of the topic to be discussed at the next meeting is the set of design issues for the Akoma Ntoso XML vocabulary. We thus propose that section 3 of delivery 1, "The Akoma Ntoso XML vocabulary" is initially organized as follows:

        3.1.5) Design patterns

        3.3.3) Support for all the actors dealing with legal documents
        3.3.4) Support for all the processes affecting legal documents
        3.3.5) Support for the characteristics of legal documents in all countries and jurisdictions
        3.3.6) Support for all legal documents of the past and of the future
   3.3) Long term preservation
        3.3.1) Self-explanation 
        3.3.2) Self-containment
   3.4) Strong distinction between authors and editors
   3.5) Descriptive markup and prescriptive markup
   3.6) Semantics, structure, presentation
   3.7) Extensibility
        3.7.1) Restrictions
        3.7.2) Èxtensions
