Postponing

Dear LegalDocML TC members,

Veronique is travelling and other members declared the impossibility to 
join today to the TC meeting.
Because the daylight saving time ended in Europe, but not in US there is 
an additional problem.
For this reason I am proposing to swift the meeting at Nov. 4th at 
regular time.
