Akoma Ntoso D3 - naming convention ready for voting

Dear legaldocml members,

please find in attachment the last version of the D3 - Akoma Ntoso 
naming convention.

I have included all the member of the TC in the acknowledgement session, 
so please take a look if your affiliation is correctly mention and in 
case let me know by email if it is necessary some modifications.

The intention is to vote the transformation of the document from WD11 to 
CSD01 in the LegaldocML TC meeting of today.
