LegalXML-SC membership as representative of LegalDocML TC

Dear LegalDocML members,

as mentioned in the last meeting, I would be happy to serve again the 
LegalXML-SC also the next year for supporting the objectives of the TCs.

Unfortunately a odd rule in the member section of LegalXML imposed a 
limitation of three years for the member "at-large". The same limitation 
is not applicable to the representative of one TC in the same LegalXML-SC.

For this reason I wish to nominate myself as candidate for the position 
of representative of LegalDocML in the LegalXML-SC.

Tomorrow in the LegalDocML TC we will discuss the issue because we 
urgent need to take a decision to communicate to the LegalXML-SC.
