Hello.

Please find attached the newest release of Akoma Ntoso, dated 7 January 2015, with error corrections. This is another draft release for what is meant to become version 3.0 of Akoma Ntoso.

Also please notice that this release contains two pieces of work, the XML Schema, which is meant to become delivery 4 of the OASIS working group, and the Release Notes, which contains information meant to become part of Release 3 of the OASIS Working Group, and not of delivery 4.

Ciao

Fabio

Differences between release 07/01/2015 (CSD13 AN 3.0) and 16/12/2014 (CSD12 AN 3.0)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This release contains minor modifications to the schema following the group discussion of December 2014.
* To avoid confusions with the fragment part of URI (also known as the part after the hash symbol), element fragment has been renamed portion, and all classes and element lists that used the term fragment now use the term portion.
* Attribute value in FRBRportion has been renamed from in agreement with similar situations in rmod and rref.
* Element components (a container of individual component elements) has now required id.
* Adjective 'African' referring to the countries the standard is destined to, has been removed from the release notes (thanks, Flavio).
