Budget priority and

Dear LegalDocML members,

in the LegalDocML TC meeting of today we will also discuss the priority 
list of the budget requests.

(Pay attention to the schedule time of the today TC meeting: one hour 
later in the EDT time, considering the misalignment with the Europe 
about the daylight saving time.)

Because the LegalXML-SC budget 2015 is limited  (around 14.000$ in 
total) and all the TC's requests are not possible, we need to define a 
priority list among the following items:

- Grant Vergottini and Veronique Parisse contracts for continuing the 
documentation (D4 user manual and D5 pilot cases) - 2,500$ each (total 
5,000$)
- Summer School LEX in Ravenna, Italy - 500$ for the F2F meeting of the 
LegalDocML TC
- Summer School LEX@US in Washington - 500$ for the F2F meeting US
- Jurix2015 in Braga - Portugal (December 2015) - 500$ sponsorship of 
doctoral consortium
TOTAL for LegalDocML - 6,500 $
