New release of Akoma Ntoso 3.0 (01 April 2016 - WD17 with errata)

Hello.

Please find attached the new release of Akoma Ntoso, dated 01 April 2016. No changes to the schema were performed, only to the documentation. This is another draft release for what is meant to become version 3.0 of Akoma Ntoso.

A few comments have been fixed according to suggestions from Veronique Parisse: typos and errors in the documentation for elements FRBRmasterExpression, FRBRformat, and application were fixed.
