[LegalRuleML] - Inaugural TC Meeting - proposals

Dear LegalRuleML members and observers,

In preparation of the Inaugural TC meeting Jan. 19
01:00pm to 02:30pm ET
6:00pm - 8:30pm UTC
7:00pm - 9:30pm CET,
10:00am - 12:30am PST
4:00am- 6:30am Australia/Brisbane

I would like to share with you some proposals that we intend to discuss 
and to deliberate tomorrow.
In this way you have the time for thinking about.

Motions:
#1. to manage the next TC meetings by Skype (for the future not for the 
first one meeting)
#2. to fix the TC meeting on Wednesday at 9pm CET, 6am Australian time, 
3pm EST, 12am PST.  The TC meeting in LegalRuleML is biweekly.
#3. to admit electronic motion submissions (by email) and electronic 
voting (by email).
#4. to submit the technical comments at least one week before the TC 
meeting.
In this way there is the opportunity (not mandatory) to include the 
issue in the agenda if the technical issue is ready for a decision.
Sometime it is not possible to include the topic in agenda because the 
technical issue needs more internal discussion by normal email.
In this case the chairs/secretary will decide the proper schedule of it 
in the workflow.
The schedule is comunicated to the TC and it is put in the minute (e.g. 
next month we will discuss the issue #102).
#5 All the technical issues are numbered and categorized for topic.
#6 After the TC meeting there is a minute, within a week, open to the 
comments. The minute is approved as first issue in the next TC telcon.
