TC meeting of today

Sorry for the delay in the minutes delivery and in the TC meeting
convocation.
We are in a critical situation due to the earthquake of yesterday (just
36 Km from Bologna).
The UNIBO has been closed yesterday and today and we are on constant alert.
However I think it is important to go ahead with the LegalRuleML
schedule as planned.
