Hi Monica,

I checked with Greg. Our policy is to keep all the resources (wikis,
svn, jira, etc.) tied to the same TC short name. It reduces the risk
of unanticipated problems between the resources such as ensuring that
automatically generated emails from svn go to the TC mailing list.
