Log:
Some minor modifications to the metamodel have been made, including
* reorganization of the modules
* more metadata concepts added, such as Author, Authority
* the temporal metamodel has been expanded with the aim of allowing greater flexibility in the creation of complex event patterns
* some new assiocation concepts have been added
    EventPatternTargetAssociation- for assigning different temporal 
        characteristics to parts of the rules
    SourceEventPatternAssociation- for describing the sources of the temporal 
        characteristics

Diagrams have been updated to agree with the revised RDFS.
