Here's an attempt to align the LegalRuleML metamodel with the Reaction Rule metamodel.
In cases of doubt, I have used a rdf:subClassOf relationship rather than owl:sameAs
There are usage examples in the comments.

The diagram has not been updated pending further revisions to the schema.
