Postponement of the today TC meeting

Dear TC members,

for different reasons this evening some TC members have problem to attend.
Because we risk to not have the quorum, after a quick check, I propose 
you to postpone the LegalRuleML TC meeting to the next Monday 21st, 
regular time.
The agenda will be:
- new example about section 29
- draft version of the documentation word file
- plan for the 2013.
