Slide 3 - Outline is not complete.
Slides 13 - 18 are not necessary for this presentation.
Slide 20 - too much blue. I would make only the first occurrence of "a Deontic … action" blue.

Slide 22 "But if the person hold a licence authorising ...
credit activity"
=>
But if the person has a financial license they can engage in a credit activity.
