The definitions were added in Rev 116.

The definitions may be modified in later revisions, and new elements may be added in later revisions. Nevertheless, this issue should be closed, as it has to do with the structural aspect of the definitions, not the definition content.

Remark: in addition to definitions of specific elements, some of the definitions of general concepts are relevant to certain patterns representing syntactic categories (e.g. Deontic.Node.choice is the pattern for the syntactic category of Deontic Specifications)
This will also be added with ## comments, which will appear as group annotations in the XSD.
