Confirmation of the LegalXML-SC representative from LegalRuleML

Dear all,

in the today TC meeting we will vote the LegalRuleML representative in 
the LegalXML-SC.

Adam Wyner is the current representative and the role will expire at the 
end of Sept., 2015.
I would like to nominate him again for the next year considering his 
very effective contribution in the LegalXML-SC.
