Subject: RE: [legalxml-sc] RE: [legalxml-chairs] RE: [legalxml-sc] Discrepancies in membership lists, voting rights and revenues

John,

I believe that Scott has promised to a complete accounting of the anomalies.
In the case of Dan Greenwood it has been generally known that MIT has not
paid their dues for the time period in question or has not properly
associated Dan Greenwood to that group. I believe that the payment by MIT
was the case that was under discussion earlier. As to the second item I
believe it's appropriate to clarify and correct the New York situation as
appropriate. At least in the two instances above the actions to date have
been correct. Actions to be taken in the future such as attempting to
correct the New York situation, is something that we and OASIS management
will need to work through.

Regards,
Don

I prefer to wait for the SC meeting to discuss the issue, but I will
tell you in advance that IMHO this "explanation" falls far short of
what is needed and necessary.
