I appreciate the efforts that are being expended on this matter, as it
is of extreme importance to the MS to have a reliable roster for
budgeting, income and voting purposes.

I have reviewed the voting roster and it seems that Dee, Scott and Roger
Winters did include the TC of members and not just the voting members,
as you pointed out.

I would like to take some time at the SC meeting in January to a
discussion of the ways in which the various lists can be synchronised
and updated so that uncertainty is kept to minimum.

Thanks to all staff for responding so quickly to the issue.
