Document Description:
The attached correspondence between John Greacen and Pat Yerian of the
California Administrative Office of the Courts was intended to clarify the
availability of the 2GEFS specification and schemas for use by the OASIS
LegalXML Member Section Electronic Court Filing Technical Committee. On
February 22, 2005, John Greacen asked Ms. Yerian to clarify further whether
the California Administrative Office is willing to give its permission for
OASIS to produce a derivative work based on the 2GEFS specification. Ms.
Yerian has not yet replied.

There are several parts to this correspondence sequence.  Please be sure to
