Because of the time pressure on us to complete our work on ECF 3.0, Tom Clarke and I have decided to hold a conference call tomorrow to discuss:

-                      The Summary and Introduction

We hope that most TC members will be available to participate in tomorrow’s conference call.  I urge any of you who cannot be present to post to the list prior to the conference call your comments on the three documents to be discussed.
