This document is for those volunteering to work on a non-technical overview
of ECF 3.0 for the benefit of court and other leaders and decision-makers
who need to understand the significance of ECF 3.0. A later draft will be
sent to the whole TC for its review and consideration early in 2006.

Document Description:
This is a draft Roger Winters created to start building an "executive
summary" of Court Filing 3.0 for the non-technical audience that might
include court decision-makers. On the December 8, 2005, conference call,
Winters, Robert O'Brien, Don Bergeron, and Jim Harris volunteered to work
on further developing this work product. Others who would like to help
should contact Roger at roger.winters@metrokc.gov for information about the
process and time table. A draft will be prepared in January for the
Electronic Court Filing TC to review.
