Subject: document explaining ECF signature profiles (from eNotary TC)


It occurred to me that a document that was prepared for the eNotary TC
explaining the ECF 3.x signature profiles might be helpful a a resource
in remedying the problem about missing signature profiles that I noted
yesterday. The document is attached.
