Jim Cabral will be posting the ECF 3.1 specification this evening.  Please review it and be prepared to discuss it during the June 19^th conference call.  TC members who will not be able to attend the conference call should post their comments to the list no later than Monday, June 18^th at 1:00 pm Eastern (10:00 am Pacific).
