review it and be prepared to discuss it during the June 19th conference
call. TC members who will not be able to attend the conference call should

I apologize for the inconvenience of rescheduling and appreciate everyones
cooperation in making the postponed meeting even more productive than a
meeting held tomorrow would have been.
