I've made some significant changes to the format of this document. Mainly, I changed it into a tri-fold brochure. I really think it's a better way to display the information. Also, I added a few points under the "What is ECF 3.1" heading. And I think we could use some more content under the "More Info Please" section but I'm not sure exactly what that content should be. One more thing, MS Word's columns baffle me, so I had to create this one page at a time. Therefore, I have attached each individual page in Word format and the entire document in PDF format. Sorry for so many attachments. I'm eager to hear your thoughts.
