RE: [legalxml-courtfiling] ECF call

We had 5 or 6 folks that called in, but not enough for a quorum and without the participation, guidance and wisdom of our illustrious co-chairs. So we did not conduct a meeting and instead decided to follow-up with the co-chairs to request the meeting be re-scheduled. Those in the call agreed we should still have a TC call before the CTC conference. Call-in instructions also need to be reviewed and republished.

We shall await further directives from John and Tom.
