ECF TC:

During the June conference call, we discussed an architectural change to the 4.0 specification in which the case-type and court-specific messages would become extensions to the core messages to better conform with NIEM best practices. I have update the current editor’s draft of the specification based on this change. The primary changes are to sections 2.3.1 and 2.4.3. Please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions for clarifying the specification.
