4.0 & Niem NMDR

Donald Bergeron added the following comment to the ecf-v4.0-spec-wd01.zip document in the OASIS LegalXML Electronic Court Filing TC Group.

There is an update to the Niem Naming & Design Rules due out in September. You may want to take this into account for 4.0 so that conflict do not occur.
