Here is the draft ECF 4.0 web services Word specification.  At the
meeting Monday, we should discuss pros/cons of updating our web services
stack- see my comments in the Word specification and the attached
worksheet.  After that discussion, I will be able to finalize the WSDL.

For discussion at our meeting next week, here is the ECF 4.0 core spec
including a complete IEPD with all schemas, instances and the default
genericode lists that Jim Harris published yesterday. In our discussion
Monday, we need to coordinate the remaining updates to the Word
specification.  The highlighting in the specification and Change Log
indicate the areas that remain to be addressed.

I have also attached the latest version of the Email SIP.  I hope to
distribute the updated Web Services SIP over the weekend.
