today's ECF TC call

To members of the ECF TC,

 

As you've probably guessed by now, today's conference call had to be cancelled due to technical problems with the conferencing service.  There were only a few items on the agenda:

 

·         The ballot has been posted for approval ECF 4.0 specs as committee specifications.  For those who have not voted already, please do so before the ballot closes on September 20.

 

·         Minutes for the August face-to-face meeting in Salt Lake City are in the works - Ron will be posting these soon.

 

·         The e-Courts ECF session description and presenter bios need to be finalized - Jim H will follow-up with affected individuals.

 

·         We need to follow-up with King County WA on their upcoming conference.  We had previously volunteered to have one or more representatives from the TC attend and talk about ECF.  Ron will follow-up (or delegate to another TC member to follow-up) with Barbara Miner at the King County Superior Court.

 

If there are any other matters the TC should be dealing with, please send a message to the list or to Ron as co-chair.

 

BTW, for those who haven't heard, John is recovering well.  I suspect his wife is having to hide his computer to keep him from jumping back into work too soon.
