•	ECF 4 reference implementation
     o	Role of the ECF TC
     o	Possibility of using OASIS funding for some tasks
     o	Volunteer to develop a high-level project plan so that we can get a grip on scope, resource needs, and costs
     o	Possibility of leveraging prior work and/or existing open source as a starting point
