LegalRuleML Committee Manifesto

ECF TC:

Monica Palmirani will attend the ECF TC meeting tomorrow to discuss plans for a new LegalXML committee focused on legislative, parliament and judicial rules.  Monica has provided the attached manifesto for our consideration.  We will discuss potential connection points with the ECF TC. Any help we can provide in recruiting participants to the new committee would be greatly appreciated.
