Sorry for the late input for the upcoming meeting.
Attached please find Intresys' notes on Court Policy as we see it from the trenches.
Mostly due to Paul's Wieser effort.

In brief:
- we don't see a match of the Court Policy as in the spec today vs to what Courts are looking for.
