Robert O’Brien has drafted the following recommendations for re-submission of filings.  We do not yet have a folder on Kavi for ECF 4.1 materials but I will ask the TC admin to create one.  In the interim, please share any ECF 4.1 materials like this via the TC email distribution list.

Hi Jim,
 I have finished writing up the action item I was assigned (see attached), but now, what exactly do I do with it? I don't see anywhere in our TC's pages to deposit it. Do I just send it through the listserv?
