        This zip contains all of the proposed changes to the specification collateral with the exception of the mapping document. I did not include the actual zargo file but did include the relevant image document.

The word document has tracking changes on and the updates to the XSDs are at the bottom of the common and include a new message schema. The common definitions WSDL for the SIP is highlighted with comments reflecting the changes.
