The TC today approved responses to the 2 comments received during the 60 day PR. No changes to the specification are required. The updated Comment Resolution Log is at https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/legalxml-courtfiling/download.php/48803/latest

The TC requests that you proceed with the Special Majority Vote to approve continuing with the membership vote on OASIS Standard.

Hi Jim,

The 60 day public review for ECF v4.01 Candidate OASIS Standard 01 ended on April 1st and it looks like two comments were received.

Per the TC Process sect. 3.4.2 Public Review of a Candidate OASIS Standard (https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#OASISstandard), you have two options:

- If no changes are going to be made as a result, you can ask me to start a Special Majority Vote to approve continuing with the membership vote on OASIS Standard.

- If you do plan to make changes, you'll need to start a new Committee Spec Draft and proceed through the usual steps.

Either way, please make sure that you include the comments and decisions on their actions in a Comment Resolution Log that you can give me.

Just let me know how you would like to proceed. If I misunderstood the nature of the comments, please set me straight.
