Subject: Ballot to approve ECF 4.01 COS01 to continue to an OASIS Standard vote has been set up
Members of the ECF TC, A Special Majority Vote ballot to approve presenting ECF 4.01 COS01 to the membership for OASIS Standard vote has been set up. The ballot opens 10 April 2013 at 00:00 GMT and remains open through 17 April 2013 23:59 GMT.
