Thanks everyone.  Patrick Cormier is the chap's name, he is the CEO of the Canadian Centre for Court Technology http://ccct-cctj.ca/ - the closest organization we have up here to the National Centre.
As you may know, there has not been a lot of interest in the Great White North in the ECF up 'till now, so it's great that someone at that level of influence wants to understand what we've been working on and "might leverage it in some of the things [he is] working on".

Until this can be fixed, can someone set me an electronic copy of our 7 steps pamplet so I can pass it on to my requestor? He is the Mary McQueen of our Canadian version of the National Centre, and so I would like to get this to him before our big July 1 holiday weekend in Canada
