When attempting to access the ‘Quick Start Guide’ from the TC Public Page (http://ecfforum.net/docs/ECFQuickStartGuide-FINAL.pdf) I get an ecfforum.net web page that announces that this domain is for sale. I do not get access to the Quick Start Guide. Does anyone know why this is happening? Who owns/controls the ecfforum? Is this the proper location for the Quick Start Guide or is it contained on the OASIS site? If so, where?
